I AM A CUTOMER OF YOU TELECOM INIDA PVT. LTD. SINCE Jan 2008 AND MY CLIENT RELATIONSHIP NO. IS 371398.

ON 16TH MAY 08 I HAD REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTING MY CONNECTION AS I WAS SHIFTING MY HOUSE AND MY COMPLAINT NUMBER WAS(2008051602007) AND SINCE THAT DAY ALL THE PROBLEMS HAVE STARTED.

ON THE VERY SAME DAY I RECIEVED A CALL FROM YOU TELECOM FOR CONFIRMING MY REQUEST AND THEY SAID THAT MY CONNCETION WILL BE DISCONNECTED WITH IN 7 DAYS AND THEY WILL SEND THEIR TECHNICAL PERSON TO COLLECT MODEM FROM MY ADDRESS WITH 1 OR 2 DAYS.

SINCE THAT DAY I HAVE REGISTERED REPEATED COMPLAINTS ON EVERY ALTERNATE DAY REGARDING THE COLLECTION OF MODEM AND DISCONNECTING MY CONNECTION.

I WAS TOLD THAT A TECHNICIAN WOULD ATTEND MY PREMISES TO COLLECT THE MODEM, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. NOBODY FROM THE COMPANY VISITED MY PREMISES AND I KEPT ON COMPLAINING.

I MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT ON 30TH MAY 2008 FOR THE SAME WITH COMPLAINT NUMBER(2008053018298), BUT STILL NO ONE CONTACTED FROM THEM REGARDING THIS MATTER.

EVEN DURING THIS PERIOD I GOT MANY CALLS REGARDING MY BILL SUBMISSION AND I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY COMPLAINT THEN THEY TOLD THAT THEY WILL INFORM TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT, BUT STILL TILL TODAY(19TH JUNE 2008) I AM GETTING BILL PAYMENT REMINDERS FROM COMPANY. I GOT MY JUNE MONTH BILL ALSO.

I SHIFTED MY HOUSE TO NEW ADDRESS ON 1ST JUNE 2008 AND I INFORMED MY NEW ADDRESS TO THE COMPANY AND THEY UPDATED IT TO THEIR DATA BASE AND TOLD EM THAT TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO YOUR NEW ADDRESS AND COLLECT MODEM, BUT THIS IS NOT HAPPEND TILL TODAY.

I GOT CALL FROM 1 OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE(GURU), AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE IS NOT ABLE TO COME ON MY NEW ADDRESS AND I HAVE TO GO TO COMPANY LOCAL ADDRESS. WHEN I TOLD THAT I INFORMED ABOUT THIS LONG BACK AND IT IS COMPANY FAULT TO MAKE DELAY TO COLLECT MODEM, STILL HE TOLD THAT HE CAN NOT COME TO MY ADDRESS AND I HAVE TO SUBMIT IT IN LOCAL COMPANY ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH IT IS COMPANY FAULT.

WHEN I INFORMED THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE AND GIVE THAT PERSON NAME WITH CONTACT DETAILS THEN CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME THAT HE INTIMATED THIS TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND WILL BE CONTACT WITH IN 2 DAYS.

BUT AFTER 1 WEEK OF THIS, NO ONE CONTACT TO ME AND WHEN EVER I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY INFORMED IT TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT AND WILL BE CONTACTED SOON.

I ALSO SEND WRITTEN COMPLAINT VIA EMAIL, BUT I DIDNT GET ANY REPLY FOR THAT MAIL.

WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY REFUND MONEY THEN THEY TOLD THAT IT WILL BE GIVEN BY LOCAL OFFICE AND AS THEY GENERATE JUNE MONTH BILL, SO I DONT KNOW HOW WILL THEY SETTLE THIS ISSUE.

I WOULD REUESTED YOU TO PLEASE TAKE INTEREST IN THE MATTER AND HELP ME GET PROPER SOLUTION. 

Solution of your complaintI THINK SOLUTION WILL BE LIKE, WHO EVER RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYING THIS COMPLAIN SHOULD BE PUNISH (SPECIALLY GURU WHO TOLD THAT HE CAN NOT COME TO CUSTOMER) AND PROPER ACTION TAKEN AGAINST TO COMPANY FOR HARRASING THE CUSTOMER AND GIVING SO MUCH MENTAL HARRASMENT. 
ActionIF THIS ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED SATISFACTORY MANNER, THEN I WOULD GO FOR CONSUMER COURT.
