I booked 2 tickets for 06May2008 08:55 to Mangalore through Air deccan
I cancelled it when there were more than 5Hrs for the flight as per the refund policy stated.
Its Jun19th today and the money is yet to reach me.
I have called up the customer care atleast 7 times . Everytime i call them they place me on hold and never get back to
Today they say that their systems have gone wrong so I wont get the money back for another month.
Isnt there a penalty to be paid for troubling people like this!
