This is to register my complaint wih PLA Motors, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. On 17th Feb/2006 my car was serviced for the 20000kms and within two days my car had a breakdown and was serviced at ABT Tiruppur, Tamil nadu on 20/02/2006 for the radiator boiling problem.

Root cause analysis at ABT reveals that 10Amps fuse was used insted of 20Amps for the radiator fan and due to overload, the fuse broke and thus malfunsion of the radiator fan lead to the boiling of radiator/coolant splashed out of the car. Checks was done and fuse was replaced at ABT Tiruppur. This onroad problem has caused 6 hrs time delay and metal agony to me and my family. I was travelling with my 20 months baby.

I have personally contacted Mr.Joel, Service manager of PLA motos Dindigul at his mobile 98946-47961. No response from him. Then I have conatced Mr.Sundar, operations manager of richy & Dinsigul PLA motors at his mobile 98946-49961 and awaiting a response. No calls from his to this hour.

Bill amount for 20000km service is Rs.3112, Invoice number will be published in my next email (Forgot to bring it now)

Solution of your complaintThorough review of the quality of working staff. Customer service and response to the calls was extremely poor. Customer valu and customer satisfation of Maruthi customers to be protected.  
ActionI will take up with owenrs of the organisation. then with Marthi Udyog. Or legal actions if and when required.
