With high expectations I went to your Videocon Dealer name "Next" at Jail Road, Tilak Nagar on 18-05-08. Instead of buying other foreign brands I bought Videocon 230 litre Refrigerator.
The dealer also assured me that one engineer would visit and give a demonstration. But no body came.
I got the refrigerator installed on 18/05/08 afternoon. It was working good for a week . After that it has started giving loud noise. It was really a horrible experience for me. I tried to contact Videocon call center no one answered. After I complained with the "Next" they had given a complaint number as 400VG08F05121215, but no one has called or visited my house.
Now the refrigerator has stopped cooling. It now feels like an almira with lite.
We are a working parents. We drope our one year old child to cretch. So we need to keep milk and other eatables fresh as we reach late in the evening. I hope you can understand how disheartening it is to buy a new refrigerator worth Rs. 10,000/- but you canít operate it through out this summer season.
Sir, I hope you can understand my anguish and agony since last one month but it is really disappointing that such brand name and a big company like Videocon work like in such a haphazard manner.
I hope you will look in to this matter and will respond to me.
