I had purchased Cingular O2 125 Pocket PC from Compact International through its online portal www.deals4all.co.in in july 2007.
The phone started giving problems in Jan but it was working; however in march it stopped functioning. I asked customer support centre of deals4all what could be done and they suggested I send the phone to them. Therefore I sent the phone to Compact International on March 23, 2008.
Since then customer suppport executive have been promising that I would get the phone next week. Its more than two and half months and I am still waiting for the phone.
