Sir,
I was travelling in 5610 Avadh Assam Express Coach No. S-4 (From Bikaner to Guwahati under PNR No. 224-9963628 dated 18 Jun 08. The train left Bikaner Station on time (1940 hrs) but with less storage of water. There was hardly water left when it reached in Delhi Station. I travelled wihtout any water facility in compartment. In adjacent compartments(e.g. S-5, S-6,S7) also there was no water. Next morning (20th) I told TTs to do the needful. But they informed, nothing could be done before Baruni Jn and that a question of another 12 hours. I was surprised and full of agony to see how a train run without water for a such longer time. Though, Water was filled in Baruni Station my it still hurting me. Also, in S-8 compartment only two fans was serviceable out of existing three. Please look into the matter. I personally beleive, it is not the a case of one odd day. Such Great Sleep only happens after long expeirence.  

Solution of your complaintA Surprise chek by railway team to that particular train and punishment to be awarded for negliance towards professional job. 
ActionI will take the point with Honourable Railway Minister.
