I own a Santro XO 2006 model with registration no- DL3C AQ 4145. I got my car serviced on 21st June, 2008 from Samara Hyundai Okhla, Delhi. However, the quality of service rendered is completely unsatisfactory.
Inspite of releaving our dis-satisfaction to the concerned personnel at the service station, no action was initiated from Samara.
The external as well as internal washing quality was totally dis-satisfactory. There were pathches of grease on the seat covers and the floor.
when i called up at 5.00 pm the personnel said that the car is ready for delivery by 3.00 pm, but when i reached there at 6.00, most of the work was still pending and i had to wait there for two hours and again given back the car for washing on 23rd June as it was closed on 22nd june.
