Product/Service DescriptionAxix Bank had done a wrong transaction from my account due to this one of my Cheque has been bounced back and i have been fined , but when asked to the customer care all are wasting my time giving dofferetnt complaint no. daily its not the matter of money all is waste of my time and the emarrasment when your check gets bounced , please help me on this issue so that this will not happen to anyone <

Hi This Terence Winfred
This is regarding the mistake in Axis Banks Transaction as my Cheque is bounced
I have been fined an amount of 400rs
This is an Embarassing situation
inspite of calling the customer care its of no use
I have all the Complaint No.
and even i have called the Main Branch

However its not the matter of money
Why should a customer pay for the mistake done by the bank 

Solution of your complaintThe bank have to bare the fine for the wrong transaction done i need to be paid back for all my expenditure the phone call i have done around 200rs totallt 400+200 
ActionIll definitly go to consumer forum untill get justice
