My airtel post paid bill get generated on the 6th of every month. On 20 th June when i checked my outstanding i was suprised to note that it was 3684 rs. I called the customer care and asked them as to how my bill was reflecting such a huge sum, to which they are telling that i have to wait till the 6th of next month to know its details.
Further they have blocked my outgoing calls stating that i have crossed my bill limit of 1300 rs.
My question is :
if my bill limit is 1300rs, why did they(airtel) not block my connection wen it crossed 1300rs and wait till it was 3800?
Why are they not able to provide with details as on date(23-06-08) and asking me to wait till the 6th of next month?
When i informed them on the 20th that i havent recived any notification regarding me crossing the limit, their executive told me that it could be a mistake as he saw that there was no msg sent across to me regarding it from their system, later (on 21st june) when i called up again the manager there inform me that they had sent a sms to me on 17th, i feel they are fabricating the records!
