A friend told me to download Quicktime, she thought I would be able to view a piece that I had been unable to view. I went on line last night to do so. I was scrolling through, doing as directed, there was NOT A SUBMIT button at all. Next thing I knew, they had charged me $50.95. This was for $39.00 for the download and $11.95 for an XP toolbar that I didnt even know about and certainly did not want.

After all this, it doesnt even work. They stated that there is a 7 day period to cancel so, I was going to cancel........there is no phone number, they do not respond to emails, there is no way to contact them and no one to talk to.

I am very upset, I cannot afford $50.59 for NOTHING.

If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate your help. They are a rip-off big-time.

Solution of your complaintI think they are a rip-off and they have everything set up so that they can keep my money and I am unable to reach anyone to cancel 
ActionI guess I am just another victim, I have since read complaints from many other people with the same or similar problems
