This complaint is with reference to the videocon 29" CTV. it has a color patch on the left top corner. This was brought to the notice of the manager of the showroom and also a complaint was lodged to the service centre. The tech from the service centre came to our place and did a color caliberation. later again the same issue persisted also it worsened. The second time again complaint was lodged and the tech saw and said that the TV needs a replacement as there was some problem with the picture tube. This was informed to the manager of the showroom. Its already 10 days since this and there has been no response till now. Everyday since then v r approaching the showroom for the same reason. The customer service is very poor for a international company like this.... 

Solution of your complaintA replacement with a brand new unit as said by the Showroom manager and sales staff. 
Actionnothing except moving this issue to the consumer court as there is no responsibility been taken from the showroom nor the company for responding to the complaint on-time as promised to us at the time of purchase of the product.
