I had recharged my prepaid card with Rs 2009 on Jan 9, 2008.
I was supposed to get 1788 main balance and 1788 A2A dedicated balance for 180 days.

I got this dedicated balance in my account in month of March after calling customer care so many times. And now since i got this balance, it has been truncated on 8th june 2008 saying it has expired.

If one calculates 180 days even form january itself then still it expires in july and not in june.
So i want my balance of 1280 back and with increased validity

Solution of your complaintGive my balance back to me and validity of atleast 4 months
