I purchased one Mahindra Bolero Plus from M/s Sikkim Motors, Tadong, Gangtok on 08.08.2007 under tax invoice no.SM/189/07-08 dt 08.08.2007. I am using the vehicle as commercial vehicle. i went for all the free services being provided by them in their workshop. But i did not went for any paid services as there was not any major or minor default in my vehicle.
but from last week i am getting problem in the gear box. i sent the vehicle to them for the Check Up and rectification of the defect in the gear box. But they are telling me that as per the policy of the company why did not you came for the paid services. what do you think that is it feasible to go to them for the paid services. as their charges are too high in comparison to the market and there is a lot of rush. My vehicle should be repair under the warranty.
