I bought a Samsung R1061 Washing Machine on 29th of June 2008 from ezone store near Hebbal at Esteem Mall in Bangalore. Thye promised to deliver the machine by 1st of July. But machine didnt come. When contacted they told they will deliver the machine next day. Again no response on next day. I reminded them again on 3rd July, Ezone people told it will take 2 more days for the delivery.

Again when I contacted them on 5th and threatened them to cancel the order, they send me on machine with full of scratches. Again I contacted them, they started telling Samsung has sent this faulty machine and they will ask company to send the replacement. It will take another 4 days.

Now I am in big mess. I have already sepnt 18590 on this machine and still I cannot use it.



 

Solution of your complaintImeediate replacement of machine and Rs 5000 for all the inconvenience they caused to me.
