We had everything going good on that Sunday morning, when we entered the furniture store a smiling salesmen, a perfect looking queen size bed and reasonable price tag. We swiped half the price as advance (my partner stopped me as i was almost ready to pay full amount). I genuinely liked every thing about the store, although my pessimist colleagues insisted that furniture stores are never to be trusted. Days passed so fast and the day of delivery came and we were eager to welcome our new furniture.. never came, waited for 2 more days never came, went to see him with his frustrated-not at all welcome face. He told us about some problems at the factory, truckers strike and blah blah…took us 2 more weeks to hear a ring at our door. The bed we see is complete contrast to the one we ordered. We are worried, while the transport guys suggest we keep this furniture as it looks okay ( sir adjust madi.., type). I get angry call the guy at furniture store and send it back, try to get hold of this Naresh the salesmen ( as they say he is busy attending other costumers), now this guy keeps promising me to deliver the new bet in 2 days(1 working day rather). I wonder why it took him one whole month to send a ugly bed home, when he can deliver my choice in 1 day. He thinks I’m stupid or he don’t care what any body thinks about him. I BET NONE OF YOU GET THIS GUY TO REALIZE THAT HE IS WRONG. I still am waiting for my queen bed. Story continues… 

Solution of your complaintI hope some miracle happens and people at furniture shop get a sense of Guilt/Responsibility and begin to act like humans, accepts their delays and be genuinely do something about it.
