I had purchased dish tv connection at Pune, during April 2008 i shifted from Pune to Noida and put up my request for reinstallation of the dish tv. There was no initial response from tthe company accordingly i approached their authorized representative M/s Softec at 137 ist Floor Jaipuria complex Sector-26 Noida . Their reprsentative attended my request after one month during May and fixed the dish tv. However wihin 5 days it stopped working due to rains and dislocation. After the same i first started contacting M/s Softec who did not attend my complaint at all. After that i first approached dish tv through their telephone number 01202445665.It takes normally 30 to 40 mins in getting the customer service agent on line who will simply apologise and will give you the complaint number.However after obtaining 6 complaint numbers i started approaching online customer care of dish tv. I have 8 mails form dish tv that the complaint will be attended soon however till today my complaint has not been attended to. I am not getting any services of dish tv despite paying 6 month rental and my monthly period of the services is getting exhausted.
I appeal that my dish tv my kindly be taken back and my initial amount of dish tv purchase and the services amount of 6 months diposted with them may kindly be refunded.
