I HAD APPLIED AN AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION LATER ON IT WAS CANCELLED BY ME AND I GOT THE REFUND CHEQUE ON THAR NAME ONLY ON WHICH I APPLIED THE CONNECTION IT HAS ALMOST BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW THAT AIRTEL IS NOT READY TO ADJUST THAT CHEQUE AMOUNT IN MY OTHER BILL AS I AM NOT HAVING ACCOUNT ON THAT NAME AND CANNOT USE THIS CHEQUE . THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS ALSO VERY POOR . 

Solution of your complaintI WILL RETURN THE CHEQUE TO THEM AND THEY SHOULD ADJUST THAT AMOUNT IN MY OTHER BILL WHICH IS ON SAME NAME .
