I took an airlift cab to reach airport at 8:45. My flight was at 9:25 p.m.. The The driver was supposed to pick me at 6.30 pm but he turned up at 7.00 pm. And after boarding the cab he informs me that he needs to pick up two more people. I called the call centre and made the representative understand that I need to reach the airport at 9 and made him talk to driver also. He assured me that I will reach airport on time. I reached airport at 9.10 and hence missed my flight because they had stopped boarding. Therefore I had to buy a new air ticket which priced me 2900 Rs. Therefore I need my money back. Please help me with that.
P.S The drivers kept using abusive language throughout the journey and they also did not pick up one person who might have also missed his flight.
