THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY. I PURCHASED A NEW PHONE IN JANUARY OF 05, I HAD WATER DAMAGE (SWEAT) IN JULY OF 05, THEY SENT ME A NEW PHONE AND DROPPED MY INSURANCE. THEN MY NEW PHONE LOST THE DISPLAY IN FEB. OF 06, BUT THEY SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WENT FROM THE FIRST PURCHACE. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE, IT IS A DIFFERENT PHONE. I NEED MY PHONE SO I AM FORCED TO RENEW AND TAKE ANOTHER PHONE FOR A SMALL FEE. THIS IS A CROCK. THIS IS A BIG COMPANY THAT "CRAPS " ON ITS CONSUMERS. BETTER YET THERE IS NOT A "REAL PERSON" THAT YOU CAN TALK TOO.
I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AND DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN.!!!!!!!!! 

Solution of your complaintTHERE IS NOT A SOLUTION AT THIS POINT. I FEEL LIKE THEY SHOUL.D REPLACE MY PHONE AND NOT HAVE ME SIGN UP FOR ANOTHER 2 YEAR AGREEMENT. WHICH I DID BECAUSE I HAVE TO HAVE A PHONE.
