This is to bring to your notice that my WAGON R Lxi has been screwed up by your technicians due to sheer negligence. When I took delivery of my car after 2nd service at your Somajiguda showroom, there was a big vibration and drop in pickup. I came back immediately from half way and complained the same to Mr Mahesh and he deputed one of the technicians to look into the problem. I was told that there was some water which went into the engine and said the engine was dropping. He said it would take one hour and I waited in your workshop till it was done.
Surprisingly I saw carbon formation on my silencer and was wondering as to why this was happening. I immediately took my Vehicle to your Nampally service centre where the works Manager Mr. Perumal attended to it. On checking there was not even a single drop of engine oil in the engine and Mr.Perumal also told me that one of the injectors was not working.There was overheating of the engine. I have consulted certain experts and they said that the engine is screwed up. My car is still in your Nampally showroom. When I tried enquiring the status of my vehicle, Mr.Perumal came on line and said that it would take 4 to 5 days for repair without actually telling me the problem.
My vehicle has just done 7000 kms and I am not going to compromise on the screwed up engine.

I want someone to call me up immediately on seeing this message and also want a reply to my mail. I am not going to take delivery of my Vehicle till I am given an explanation.

Replace with a new car
File a case with Consumer Forum with copies to JD POWER consumer redressal cell , Maruti Suzuki head quarters if I am not given a proper look into this case.
