I have a reliance prepaid connection. last time i have balance of more than 380 rs. balance but automatically amount deduction from it . i complaint it in customer care of rani bazar bikaner (Raj.) than they tell me that any service is enable so this charge arisen. than i told him that i never use any services than how could it than they reply that now we disable this service but next day same problem arisen and i round and round of office but no good response for me. than i not recharged next time. after 10-15 days i recharged it of rs. 200 but the same problem is arisen than tell me what i do now. my connection validity is life time. so please tell me what i do now.
