Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased one Hummer HT 1. From day one it is not connecting with my laptop via bluetoth. Neither their PC Sync works. Despite several attempts to contact them nobody from the company or the shop from where I purchased this phone is taking any pains to resolve the issue. They do not respond to calls, do not call back and try to dissuade.

The shop tells you to talk to company persons and they give you stories, hang up, do not call back. Back to the shop and process repeats itself.

Solution of your complaintMoney Back and nothing else. 
ActionWill go to consumer court. Ask for harrasement penaltly be imposed on them along with the money back.
