The order was placed on 8th of August and was delivered on 9th. I got a call from the trader that the item is dispatched on 9th itself and will be reaching me in two days. I waited for the same for two days and when i called them up on the third day they told that they i will get on that day and gave the Courier/Parsel service contact number. When i called them for the status, they put me on hold for long time. I tried to reach them couple of times again and got no response from them. When i contacted the trader again, i got the answer that the vehicle was stopped in checkpost in the border and they will derliver 4/5 days later. This was the reason given for the day which is not acceptable as the vehicle cannt be caught in checkpost unless they have proper documents of the vehicle/goods carrying. I understand that this was just a reason given and good had reached bangalore on the third day and they were not ready to deliver it. So please make sure before sending anything through courier/parsel service that IT IS NOT HALLMARK. Have a nice time
