This is the complaint regarding the prepaid SIM card.
I purchased the prepaid SIM card (number 9740295620) on 24 July08. I
recharged the voucher 34 Rs and then 230 Rs.
My total balance was 378 Rs on 28July.
On 28 July evening it stopped working showing ?Invalid SIM?. I enquired
and came to know that this number was allotted to some other
The Customer Care suggested me to get duplicated SIM. When I purchased the duplicate SIM(same number), it did activate but my whole balance was gone. I enquired
again in customer care, they said that your balance was used on the day (This day my SIM was inactive!!!!!)
I tried Customer Care. They asked me to provide all details. I provided on 5 Aug 08 but after that I did not get any response or any resolution. I have been writing lots of mails but no response.
Please help me resolving my issue.
