R E P E A T
Dear Sirs,

sINCE THE DAY i HAVE PURCHASED THE iNDICA petrol CAR, i HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH ITS mileage/ FUEL AVERAGE. iNITIALLY IT WAS GIVING AROUND 6 K.m PER LIT. (WITHOUT AC IN CITY). ON COMPLAINING WITH THE DEALERS EXECUTIVE, WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE OK AFTER FIRST SERVICE (SIX MONTHS. yAS THERE WAS SOME IMPROVEMENT AFTER THE FIRST SERVICE IT WENT UPTO 10KM WITHOUT AC.

UNFORTUNATELY I COMPLAINT AT THE TIME OF 2ND SERVICE IN MARCH 2008 THAT IT WAS QUITE LOW SEEING THE MANUFACTURERS CLAIM. I WAS ASSURED BY THE EXECUTIVE MR. NELSON (HAN MOTORS) THAT HE WILL LOOK UP TO. AT THE END HE TOLD ME THAT TWO OF THE SPARK PLUGS WERE SHOT SO THE PETROL WAS GOING WASTE AND HAD TO CHANGE THE SET OF4 PLUGS (AT MY COST). BUT AS THE THINGS WENT WORSE THE AVERAGE CAME DOWN TO 8 KM WITHOUT AC. I THEN COMPLAINED TO TATA MOTORS ONLINE IN APRIL 2008 AND AGAIN REMINDED IN MAY, 2008. THEN I GOT A CALL FROM HAN MOTORS WORK SHOP FOR CHECK UP. I VISITED HAN MOTORS ON 11/06/08 AND AFTER HOLDING THE CAL FOR ALL THE DAY WAS TOLD THEY CHANGED /REPLACED THROTTLE BODY (AGAIN AT MY COST) BUT THE THINGS WENT STILL WORSE. AGAIN I COMOPLAINED TO TATA MOTORS ONLINE. AGAIN I GOT A CALL FROM HAN MOTORS WORK SHOP MANAGER ASKING TO CONTACT HIM. I AGAIN VISITED HAN MOTORS AND THEN SOME ADJUSTMENT IN THE SPARK PLUGS WERE DONE BEFORE RETURNING THE CAR TO ME. BUT SORRY TO SAY THE AVERAGE REMAINED THE SAME 8 KM PER LITER (RS.55/-) WITHOUT AC. IS IT NOT CRIMINAL WASTE OF INDUVIDUAL AND ALSO THE NATIONAL RESOURCES???????????/ 

Solution of your complaint IT GOES TO PROVE THAT IT IS THE DEFICIENCY IN THE PRODUCT/SERVICE. SO I WANT THE TATA MOTORS TO REPLACE THE DEFICIENT PRODUCT ie INDICA XETA CAT OR MAKE ME THE REFUND WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. 
ActionOTHERWISE I WILL BE FORCED TO APPROACH THE CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FORUM.
