I have lost my credit card ending with 3000 as of 16th of aug while travelling.Since i am a call centre agent i was not aware of the loss of my credit card until 18th of july when my elder sister have met with an accident near MS Ramaiya hospital and was admitted in icu.I have kept the credit card for emergency and intensive use.When at the hospital i just too out my wallet i found that my credit card was missing.At that moment i informed my dad and paid the registration amount of Rs250 by cash.Later due to hospital formalities and mental tension i forgot to informe the citibank about the loss of card.on 19th i called the ciitibank and informed about the lost card and blocked it.I also found that there was a transaction which i have not done.the three transactions were FOTO BEST-RS8165,APPLE CENTRE-RS9300,ZIMPSON TRADING-RS3357.
I informed that the transaction have not been made by me and to put an investigation to it.But they denied for investigation after a long conversation they agreed to put an investigation to the amount and the reference number for the same is 082005.Since the amount of transaction was more than rs20000 and each transaction was moe than rs3000 i did not revceive any kind of verification sms or authorisation call which i should have received.I have also filed a complain against the citibank reagarding the loss of card and providing no help at jalahalli police station.
I have all receipt of transaction with me and the last transaction which was made by me was on 13th of aug 2008 at hill view resort for an amount of rs 3375.Some one from the faud dept have also come for the dispute of the charge but i was not at home so he gave the dispute application paper to my neighbour.I have filled in the details and have given it to him but till today i have not received any kind of communication from them.A MNC citibank which do not have such kind of safety programe for the customer is very shameful and pathetic.
 

Solution of your complaintThey should do the investigation as every bank have a fraud department and put back the amount in the card.Half of the verification i have done it and also mentioned it in a letter with the phone number and the person name with whom i have spoke to which will help them further with the investigation. 
ActionIf i do not receive a positive response from them then will file a case against them in consumer forum
