I purchased what I consider an expensive radar detector ($93.57)from Wal-Mart, less than a year ago. It was a Cobra XRS 747, now that it doesnt work anymore they will not let me exchange it for another one. I have my receipt. Its not like I want a newer updated version of it, the sound just quit working on it, and I know that their policy is 90 days with a receipt, but I worked there for 3 years....I have seen managers totally disregard the policy for certain customers. I am a customer just like anyone else...I should be entitled to the same treatment. 

Solution of your complaintI would like to exchange my radar detector for the exact same product.  
ActionI will just keep voicing my complaint until they get tired of me, and let me exchange it.
