I purchased what I consider an expensive radar detector ($93.57)from Wal-Mart, less than a year ago. It was a Cobra XRS 747, now that it doesnt work anymore they will not let me exchange it for another one. I have my receipt. Its not like I want a newer updated version of it, the sound just quit working on it, and I know that their policy is 90 days with a receipt, but I worked there for 3 years....I have seen managers totally disregard the policy for certain customers. I am a customer just like anyone else...I should be entitled to the same treatment.
Solution of your complaint
I would like to exchange my radar detector for the exact same product.
I will just keep voicing my complaint until they get tired of me, and let me exchange it.
