This is to advise you of the unfortunate experience that I had with Vodafone. I have been a customer with Vodafone for the past 8 years with mobile # 9820346176 and have many family & company connections of Vodafone. I have enjoyed your services in the past and have recommended to many people. Services like GPRS has been used since many years. I have also shown interest and look forward to booking the Apple iphone from Vodafone.

However, a recent experience I had with Vodafone has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It was last month when I was travelling to the UK. Before my departure, I activated the International Roaming and had specifically called your helpline number to understand all the international roaming charges. The attendant briefed me only about international charges of Outgoing calls. Incoming Calls and SMSs. The additional charges of international GPRS were not disclosed to me even though I am a regular user of GPRS. Unfortunately, your service has disappointed me because the GPRS charges were not disclosed clearly and were misrepresented by your helpline attendant. The GPRS charges were not known to me as the same were never disclosed to me even after my specific call regarding all the roaming charges. It was only when I received a message yesterday that I got to know that the majority of the charges are due to GPRS usage. ( my billing cycle is 18th of every month, bill for last month has yet not been received).

I know that you will do what you can to rectify this problem to regain my trust in your company and that you will compensate me appropriately

Solution of your complaint Vodafone should rectify this problem to regain my trust in the company and should reverse the GPRS charges. 
Action Disconnect my number, my family members numbers ( four ) and my company numbers and move another service provider. Seek help from Consumer Protection Agency (Consumer grievance court).
