Dear sir, I am Raghukumar Challa .I has taken a prepaid airtel connection from a retail shope with mobile no:9940595890. Actually i am native of Andhrapradesh.Now i am staying in chennai because i got job in chennai.so I has taken a prepaid connection of chennai sim and i was submitted my address proffs of me at the time of purchasing my sim card to the retailer.After somedays a verificatin agent called about the land mark of my address then i has given proper reply.But he has came to my address or not i dont know .After some days my prepaid connections outgoing facility was disconnected then i called to the customer care executive they said that u have not submitted the address proof it is better to submit it at nearest airtel showroom.i has submitted the address proofs at nearest airtel showroom address is (airtel shoroom, bismillah road ,tnagar ,chennai.)on 25th or 26 th aug 2008.from there itself i called to the customer care they said that it will be activated with in 48 hours but after two days iam getting a message your sim card registration was failed then i contacted to the customrcare they said the same thing finally total incoming and outgoing service is disconnected and this will not work they said this response to me.then i contacted the showroom where i submitted the addressproof then they are saying that u have to submit one more supporting address proof.at the time of calling to the customer care they are saying that it will be taken as a special complaint they said the complaint no to me the complaint no is :0820223830.finally iam saying that iam a prepaid customer i has no need to cheat ur company.I am a common man try to undrestand my problem.it casues to loss of ur company future servival in india .Dont neglet this complaint.i am a valuable customer to u.i was suffering from 7days from this problem still now also it was not solved.
