I have applied for Barclay Credit Card and after a month i got a call from Blue Dart on 25th Jan.2008 that your Barclay Banks Credit Card has arrived and asked where to deliver.I replied at my office or residence.Blue Dart Cutomer Care people asked where about of my residence i gave my residential address.Again they said the address is different from what we are having on delivery sheet.They Refused to deliver and the card was sent to its corporate office at Chennai.After two months I started getting due bills message on my cells.I enquired from there customer care and i came to know that there is something related toICICI Lombard Insurance.Again I asked how you can bill anything even if i have not received credit card or any receipt of insurance for its payment.They said we cant help.Follow up was done even after that got negative reply and every time they some or other number which was either wrong or was not working(Bills of Phone follow ups can be produced).
Several times i mailed but got reply that we dont have data related with your profile by name and cell no.(in written).After several mailing i again reply for preclosure of EMI in written mail.
Even after that i got call from the bank from Bombay and Chennai to pay the dues and threatened me to drag my name in Credit Bureau which will lead to no loan and credit from any of Bank.
Pls help in this case as i am frustated as i am having three credit card but none of is troubling except Barclay Bank.

|Action||I dont have any option other then going to take legal action. |
