Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. Already I have spoken with the customer care but nothing has been done. Presently trying to contact customer care but that is also not available /reachable and blocked by them at this moment.
It will be better if transaction sheet for the last two months from the database are shown to find the deducted amount. The Air tel has not only poor service but they are also trying to cheat the customer in a fraudulent way.
|Solution of your complaint||I feel it is not only a fraud with me alone, in a similar manner they are cheating with most of the customer, hence require some solution. There should be some mechanism to get a copy of transaction sheet from the air tel or / otherwise the the transactional database should be available to the customer for viewing and evidence on real time basis. This matter may be referred to Telecom Regulariory Authority of India for a policy. |
