Sir, i have purchased one samsung refrigerator from BIGBAZAR, HEBBAL FLYOVER, Bangalore. on 17 Aug 2008. the promised dete of delivery of the item as per the delivery slip is mentioned 20 aug 08.But till the time that item is not delivered to me. i have complained so many times to the concerned person (mr abdul rahim) but of no use. i get the reply that the item is not available presently, and it is about to come within two days of time. They promised me to deliver it on 23 aug 08 but not, next on 27Aug 08 that also not happened, then on 30th aug 08 also negative. most irritating thing is that not attending the phone call. they attend the call only five times, after my effort of more than 500 times of making call during this mentally painful period.
|Solution of your complaint||the only solution is to deliver the same item within two days of time.i dont think bigbazar is a cheap deptmental store to behave like this with their customers. |
