I AM A USER OF PREPAID CONNECTION BEARING MOBILE NO. 9416251650 . ON 4TH OF
MARCH I HAVE PURCHASED A RECHARGE VOUCHER FOR A SUM OF RS. 330/=. SINCE
THEN I AM TRYING TO RECHARGE MY MOBILE FROM 123 OR FROM CUSTOMER CARE
CENETRE BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO RECHARGE THE SAME UP TO NOW DT. 6.3.06 AT 18.00
P.M.
WHEN I HAVE COMPAINED TO CUSTOMER CARE CENTER THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE
GANWAR AND SAYING THAT IT WILL TAKE 24 TO 48 HRS TIME . LET ME KNOW SHOULD
I SWITCH OVER FROM BSNL TO SOME OTHER MOBLE SERVICE PROVIDER
