I had closed my Postpaid account on 25th August 2008 at Airtel Office Vadakara,Kerala And it had been converted to Prepaid.
And on 1st September I Have Recharged my Prepaid No with easy recharge of 201, 65, 45 respectively to avail one year validity,reduced Tariff plan & 450 national/local SMS. I have given my One photo and a copy of voters identity card as proof for the prepaid account. But still am not able to make both incoming and outgoing

I do not understand why Airtel is so thoroughly disorgainsed and
clumsy. Iam thoroughly disgusted with your company and your services.

I will have the right to initiate legal action action against you, and
to make the widest publicity in the press against such incompetent and
irresponsonible behaviour by AIRTEL.
