I am the customer tata motors. my vicheal isregular serive from the Tafe Access Ltd. in 90000kms service i got bill amount is Rs13000. i said one compalint their did one things.also there put faulity bill and wrong infromation from the service advisor. after few days i complaint with workmangaer. but he dnt take back my veichle. again i persionaly went to Tafe on 25 Aug. for the same problem past 2 times Tafe and TRL Erode also.
As per Service Advisor Mr. Saravanan told to me my car AC is failure so that you have to purchase new AC kit. After that i went to out side service centre only for fuse problem my expencess is Rs 10 only. but your advisor is told it cost should be around Rs32000.
for body finishing ,interior and engine coating they adviced Rs2650. in my bill they put in 2650+950.
this is acceptable limt.
