I bought a brand new nokia N73 ME on 11th august. right from the very beginning the set had problems with retaining charge. The fully recharged set would get discharged in 7-8 hrs (normal use). I took it back to the store - they replaced the battery. The problem still existed.
Then i took it to the nokia care where they initially said it was a software problem - they replaced the software. The problem still persisted.
NOw i have submited the set in Nokia care for it to get repaired which, they say, is going to take 20 days.
It has not been 20 days that i bought the set and this is the condition. I spoke to nokia careline i tried writing emails in the nokia site........but no use.
Did i pay rs 14,000 to undergo such inconvenience. Why should i pay rs 14k and be using a repaired set.
I feel cheated by NOKIA and regret the fact that i bought one of their products.
