I am Sankar Debnath working in TVS Motor Company as TM-Service.Presently i am posted at Guwahati.On 26/12/2006 i got the connection of Airtel.
On 14th July,2008 i made bill payment of Rs.1026 via MCHEK with the help of my SBI Credit Card.From airtel i got the message that the transaction failed.So from airtel shop i paid the amount of Rs.1026 via ERECHARGE & got the confirmation.On 23rd july,2008 i checked my Credit Card account.And astonisingly it shows on 15th july,2008 they credited Rs.1026 to Bharati Airtel.So naturally i first contacted SBI Credit Card customer care.They provide me the approval no of payment which Airtel provided to SBI.The approval code is T03014.So i called Airtel Customer Care on 26/07/08.My referance no is 17646165.After that i called many times but nothing happened. Even i gave my Credit Card statement to airtel on 1st Aug,2008 in their Christanbasti office,Guwahati.And finally they gave me the no of Mr. Manas who sit at Christanbasti Airtel office in Guwahati.I already talked with him twice but the amount yet not credited to my Credit Card account. 

Solution of your complaintThe Airtel take the Amount twice but not uploaded one amount to my Airtel account. So they have credit Rs.1026 to my SBI Credit Card. 
ActionIf the problem is not solved then i have to contact Consumer Forum.
