I have been experiencing pathetic internet service being provided by Sify Broadband. The connection stays only for 2-3 hours and after that the connectivity is lost. The customer service is unfriendly and unsupportive. They do not speak properly, are rude most of the time and do not take any proactive actions. The local engineers are bad as well. They do not pick up phone calls and do not respond properly. The problem is unattended for several days.
I have been facing this issue with Sify for quiet sometime now. I have tried all options with these folks. I have in the past escalated matters to their grievance redressal managers (I have copies of emails exchanged) only to be assured that problem wont repeat. However the same error crops up again and again.
I want back all my money spent on Sify connection, installation costs, unused service hour costs and the money spent by me on my telephone bills following up with these guys and the peace of mind that I have lost. Also I work from home and at times when the net fails, my lined up work and meetings suffer. I want to be compensated for that as well.
