Paid my mother,s bill with my check,her acc# on it,they said bill was not paid,put it on my old bill which had been canceled for 3 months,canceled her service. After calling 5 times talking to 5 different different custome service people,they said it would be took care of,then the said owed money on old acc. which said paid in full,talked to 5 more customer support people,was told 5 different reason,s where money went,said mom owed 12,95,sent check,now say she owe,s more,if this company can not do any better than this I think they should go out of business,of course only 2 satilite company,s so guess they can get by with anything,thank,s Keith 

Solution of your complaintDish network make up their mind on what was owed,drop the bill and apolige for cutting off my mothers service,because of ther mistake,and poor customer service. 
ActionI am not paying the bill untill I get a bill that tell,w where every penny went,even the mistake they made by putting it on the wrong cancelec acc. which I wrote the right acc# on my check
