After Purchase fequent stops in performance was there.
1. The lcd and dvd was replaced from the elite business machines, noida. submision date was 15th march 08. and the recieved date is 24th of march 08. part numbers are as 430459-w1 and 417064-w1 andits replaced within warranty. case number 260001863.
2. then after that it had a problem with the booting, it was diagnosed at the elite business machines , the problem of motherboard was revealed and then we were forced to extend warranty which we did as no alternative with us. The Lap top was kept by them for 21 days & retruned back without rectifying problem.
3 The Lap top was taken back from noida and submitted to jaipur authorised centre at BB professionals it was replaced with the new motherboard. case id 2601623222-261 .part number ak-bench -STD.
4. After a month there was again a display problem, i submitted again at elite business machines LCD was replaced reportedly. 9th aug 2008 . part number 430459- 001.
5. Once again it failed & it was submitted to Elite Service Center Noida (My son is at Noida studying in Amity University, the Lap top is for his use). It was submitted on 29th Aug 20087 & yesterday on 04/09/2008 center informed by son to collect LAP top but while he tested it there it was not working, so it was kept by them.
|Solution of your complaint||My son is a student & can not spare time for such activities because of defective product sold to him by Compaq HP daler as well cost & time of traveling which ultimatly led to anxiety & effects his studies.
We request you to help us in getting justice. Since the product sold was a defective it should / must be replaced as no body can afford buying Lap Top every year.

|Action||I am at Udaipur away from Delhi, looking to the problem if problem is not solved I have no alternative but to approch consumer forum fo getting justice as amount spent by me for Lap top was Rs 34,500/- & for extended warranty Rs 7900/- also traveling cost & time involved including mental tourchaer is a big thing affecting studies of my son. |
