i had balance rs.155.45
airtel sent me an sms today morning.
stating that i had subscribed for on demand music service for rs.30.
i did not subscribe at any point of time.
i did not know what is this service?
but without asking me they cut off rs.30 for this music service.
not even once i used this service.
i dont know the way to use this service also.
now i am in tamilnadu, my home town.
please get me back rs.30 sir
i tried to contact airtel customer care at 121
the call gets disconnected.
i could not talk to airtel people also.
i am in roaming so please help me.
