This complaint is regarding the ignorance and custumer serveice provided by the custumer care executives. I had talked to about five guys and they came up with the same solution Re-address verefication.
I have a post paid corporate plan and my organizations name is RMSI. Due to some reason, I asked for an adderss change online. Few days after, I received a message that my reverefication was negative and my serveices will be barned. I called up to custumer care and was told to ignore the message. The next day my outgoing calls has been barned. Its been a week time now. I talked to five guys in custumer care and was told that reverefication would be done, but till today there was no one turning up. I am facing a hell lot of problem beacuse of this.
