from a long time i am being the proud customer of airtel prepaid but its all vanishing in my way as from last two months i am not at all happy with your services.
it all started when two months ago while i use to surf net on mobile through airtel live that some website called WWW.Dada.dj.com started deducting my balance and send me SMS that i am subscribed to that service but in fact i didnt even went to that site at all and even if i did i send msg to unsubscribe this service as early i came to know about this service through your customer care and i lodge a complaint against it from your side to stop it from dedeucting my balance in future your CCE assured me that it will stop within 48 hours but till now i am been suffering with this problem and i have lodge nearly 5-6 complaints and no one did work for me.
problem is that whenever i recharge my phone this service automatically renewed itself and dedeuct Rs.10/- perday itself from my account. i have contacted somay times to your customer service provuder but they not been able to solve this problem and every time promise to solve this problem soonly. i am been suffering this problem from lass two months regularly.
your customer care promises to refund my Rs.15 but eveery time they return it or i recharge, this service activate itself eventhough i am using motorola c117 which doesnt support internet service at all as its black and white phone.
please help me to solve this problem as this is becoming a headache for me.
|Solution of your complaint||solution is simple just look for the cause of it as i have send two three unsubscribe messages and solve it at your end because airtel has bonding with it. |
|Action||i feel very frustating with this and promise to sue you in consumer court if you not solve this problem quickly, |
