Complaint No. 74848204 dated 29th August 2008 by Nitin for Phone no. 022 32 42 92 52, assured about the maximum time for sorting the problem in 120 hours.
One Mr. your technician visited us in 48 hours, checked the phone, promised that the phone will be working within 24 hours from his visit, he gave his contact no also, saying in case the phone’s problem is not solved then we can talk to him, he took the call once assuring again. Now neither your technician takes the call nor your call centre have any other answer then “sorry for inconvenience, the matter will be solved as soon as possible”
I am calling daily; even today I spoke to Mr. Ketan and repeated all the same sympathy.
Why shall we pay for the rentals, not used by us and more over why we should not be compensated to show your effort to maintain the customer OR your organisation is least bothered about small customer and interested only in corporate account?
We are really fed up with this horrible service.
Can somebody act or we should think otherwise…
