I SUBSCRIBE ROMING PLAN OF RS-99/ MONTH IN FEB 2007 IN WHICH ALL INCOMING CALL WHEN ROMING COST ME .30PAISA PER MINUT, IN MARCH OR SO 2008 I TAKE ANOTHER PLAN OF INDIA ROME RS 475/MONTH , IN THIS PLAN I GOT RS 250/ CALL AT HOME NETWORK AND RS 250/ FOR ROMING NETWORK, IN 12 AUGUST I GAVE REQUEST FOR CHANGE MY PLAN OF INDIA ROME 475/ TO MY STD 375/ THEY CHANGED MY THIS PLAN AND ALSO CANCELLED MY ROME 99/ PLAN.WHICH I KEPT SINCE FEB 2007, WHEN I COMPLAINT TO COUSTMER CARE DEPARTMENT ON 6 SEPT 2008 WHEN I RECEIVE MY BILL OF AUGUST MONTH I SHOCKED TO SEE THAT I REQUEST TO COUSTMER CARE EXCUITIVE MR MUKESH AT 10.11 AM HE REFUSE TO LOG MY COMPLAINT BY REQUESTING MANY TIME HE GIVE ME ONLY FEED BACK NO.932210161 . AND HE DIDN"T GIVE ANY SINIOUR"S TEL. NO. HOW THE COMPANY TAKE BACK ANY FACILITY WITHOUT PRE INFORMATION 

Solution of your complaintTHEY GIVE ME SUCH FACILITY BACK WHICH THEY ARE REFUSING.
