SUBJECT- Company is not providing part and services.
I have purchase yoo electric bike from Indus Company in September 2007. company was said at the time of purchasing that company will provide all services absolutely free. But they are not fulfill there commitment. They are not providing any part of bike. If they provide any part, they demand money for this. Agency says that what we can do because company is not providing any part. I fulfill desire from market. While it is the responsibility of company. I have given information to area manager and branch manager but they are not taking any interest. I have also written a email to head office of Indus bike. But they also did not give any response.
my problem is that the battery of bike is not giving proper performance last 6 month. And charger of battery also in worse condition. Some problem is also there in bike. But dealer is not ready to replace or repair because they says that company is not proving parts how we can replace. If they provide any service , they demand money for this while bike in warrenty.
