Complaint Description

1. I purchased the RO system from Rajesh Kumar Mishra (Director of Eureka marketing & Services) on 15/06/2008. Please find attached Invoice of payment made.
2. RO purchased was of company “Aqua Fresh”. Mr. Rajesh kumar confirmed me that this is sister concern of Aqua guard company and this company is ISO 9001:2000 company. He confirmed me that this company is having their plant is Uttaranchal and their office in Delhi also.
3. He has given me warranty of 1 year for RO system. Warranty card is attached.

Complaint details

1. RO system provided was defective piece and it never worked properly.
2. TDS of water coming from TAP and RO system is almost equal so it’s seems like RO is not purifying water.
3. Flow of water from RO system is very very slow, it takes around 3 hours to fill 5 liter of jar.
4. I called to Rajesh kumar many times on phone and explained the problem to him but he never checked the problem.
5. He always says he is reaching in 2 days/ 3 days, he is making these types of promises since last 4 months but he never came to my house to check the problem.
6. Now he says that I should buy another RO system from some other guy, existing RO will not work properly and he don’t have time to check the problem.
7. After spending 8000 Rs on RO system I am unable to use this system.
8. User manual provided from the company “Aqua Fresh” says its ISO 9001:2000 company but this manual doesn’t have any address of company office, I doubt for company certification.
9. I told him that I will complaint in consumer court if he do not fix the problem but he says that he don’t care of consumer court and he have many political link so he can do anything.
10. I have spent around 500 Rs on mobile and on basic phone calling him for complaint but he never bother to check the problem.
11. My son was admitted to hospital because of dehydration (caused of impure water) and I spent around 2900 Rs on that.
12. Now I am bound to buy another RO system or purchase water from outside.
13. I am mentally very tense because of this problem. He is a fraud guy with Fraud Company.


Solution of your complaint1. Now I don’t expect any service from Mr. Rajesh kumar and I want my money back (Rs 8000). 2. I suffered a lot taking RO system from this guy; I expect consumer court to take a legal action on this person and his company.  
Action1. Logging complaint on this website 2. Will log a complaint in consumer court also.
