Dear Airtel,

From last 7-8 years, i am using AIRTEL without looking other cheaper options in market as i was always satisfied with Airtel services and customer support. But this time i am very much shocked / disappointed from AIRTEL .

In the month of April this year i have taken 2 co-operate connections after coming to Delhi. One connection for myself (No: 9818820278) which still i am using and other one for my home (No: 9818865549) under NEW CUG 298 PLAN.

The problem was started when GPRS was not activated on 9818865549 after one month of taking connection. I requested many times to Mr. Faisal who was representative from AIRTEL side for Jai Prakash Associates Ltd. So, finally i asked customer care to discontinue this connection and as you had not activated my GPRS so deduct the advanced rental amount of Rs. 1198/- from my bill. I had made this request 4-5 times, but no action was taken from AIRTEL side. So, finally i stopped to use this numer (9818865549).

But, in between i received 2 times call from airtel to pay the amount. I cleared every time to revise my bill as GPRS was not activated and i will pay the remaining amount. They assured me that they will mail the updated bill and make the payment. But, i had never received any mail or post letter. Now suddenly today i received call from some one who is saying that legal case is filed against you.

HowAIRTEL can do this without informing me ? I never said to not to pay bill. Its very bad for me. I never expect this from Airtel.

Solution of your complaintonly actual amount should they ask to pay. 
Actionfor all this i will definitely go to consumer court.
