My Mobile Number is 9810052389 and itís a prepaid one. I went roaming on 10th Feb 2006 and at that time the validity of my connection was supposed to expire on 19th Feb 06. I have received and made calls while on roaming till the expiry of validity and made a recharge on 4th March 2006 thru easy recharge and the transaction ID is 163994586 from Cochin Circle. I was shown the current balance is 333.00 on my cell thru the easy recharge message and tried to make out going calls but phone prompted for calls are not allowed. Then I have tried to call to my cell just to listen ď the destination you are trying to call is not reachableĒ.
I have tried to contact Airtel Cochin to sort this out and they were not successful to help me out. Then I came back to my home circle on 7th March 2006 and checked my balance thru *123# and was shocked to find zero balance without making or receiving any calls after the Easy recharge from Cochin. Iíve spoken to Customer services on 121 just to get a request to wait till 8th march 06 after noon for a system update to know how Rs.333.00 was deducted from my account. Today I have made atleast 4 calls to CSM of Airtel and told the whole story to 3 to 4 executives and every time they put me on a hold or the line got disconnected after two to three minutes of hold.
Kindly note that I am using Airtel for the Past 5 years and never experienced such a problem. None of my emails too are not responded
Airtel is cheating the customer with out proper information ..
