The machine used to vibrate too much during spinning. The vibration used to be too violent during the start and end of the spinning. After these complaints (listed below) and waiting for 8 months, finally it was rectified, only to give a new problem.
1st complaint 14th Jan, 2008 Complaint Number lost.

4th complaint in the month of July 2008, Complaint Number 9a00287170027
Now the new problem is that instead of the 4 spins that it used to perform (3 during washing & 1 final spin) it is performing only 3 spins. The 2nd spin is being skipped. This has started ever since I got the machine back from the service centre in the month of August. For this problem I initially contacted the service personals, but no one responded properly and hence I lodged one more complaint on 1st Oct, 2008 Complaint No 9a0020810010028. One Mr.Anbu visited our house and found the problem, but no solution. Also the lever present at the bottom, provided for using base wheels for moving the machine has been lost by the service centre people during the repair at the service centre and that has been not replaced. Even the higher authorities that I have contacted are not responding properly. Each time a new phone number is given to be contacted.
I have completely lost faith that the machine will ever be repaired. And hence I demand a new machine be provided, for which I have already contacted Mr. Balaji and Mr.Shridhar. But again, no proper response.
